This is a remarkable story…
It seems like everyone in the country is watching Love/Hate at the moment and if you are, you’ll instantly know who the guy pictured above is after his appearance on the show last weekend.
Thomas Kiernan Dunne’s brief cameo appearance on Love/Hate last Sunday was one of the big highlights for people in their living rooms and on social media.
Thomas is a Dublin rapper and musician who came to the prominence of the Love Hate production crew as part of the community group RAD, a creative arts and education centre for people with heroin addiction problems from Dublin’s inner city.
Tommy’s debut single, the autobiographical ‘Bag a Gear’, has been released by Anam Recordings and it’s an absolute tune…
Love/Hate director David Caffrey says, “I’d looked at some of the YouTube clips of him rapping but I was blown away with his performance on the day we shot his scene. It is a shoot day I will never forget. His life story is worthy of a film itself. He is a real talent and I wish him well with his music.”
The single is available to download on iTunes now, click on this link to find it.
