And the winner is…
After hundreds of entries, a hotly-contested public vote and a live event which was judged by the Voice of Ireland’s Bressie, we’ve finally found a winner of the Carphone Warehouse #S7Live competition.
*drum roll please*
The winner is David Keenan.
David is a 22-year-old singer songwriter from Dundalk. He won with an amazing performance of his original song ‘Good Old Days’.
He pipped Mayo Student, Sarah Keane and Galway based band, Rofi James, at a live final held in Samsung store, in Dundrum Town Centre on March 18.
It was a fantastic evening, with drinks provided by JW Sweetman and food from Base pizza.
David received a prize of up to €2000 worth of Samsung products, including the new Samsung Galaxy S7, courtesy of Carphone Warehouse.
He has also been invited to perform as a supporting act in The Academy.
The all new Samsung Galaxy S7 phone is available in Carphone Warehouse stores nationwide now.
