At Cork this afternoon, we have a fancy for the Peter Fahey trained SHOP DJ in the slightly desperately titled Follow us on Twitter Maiden Hurdle. The five-year old has ran well in better company, should be hard beat here and is pretty decent value at 15/8.

The biggest game of the Premier League season so far takes place at Old Trafford this evening as Manchester United take on Arsenal at Old Trafford.

United haven’t been overly impressive this season, but still find themselves unbeaten. Arsenal are top of the table now, but have struggled against the big teams in recent years, especially Manchester United and Chelsea.

We reckon the Red Devils will come out on top of this contest, though we’ve gone for a slightly unusual pick as a goalscorer. Nemanja Vidic has really come into his own since garnering the captaincy and the centre-half has already found the net three times in 15 league appearances this season.

Manchester United to win and Vidic to score at anytime is available at 10/1.

JOE’s Daily Double: Shop DJ (Cork, 1.15 @ 15/8) and Nemanja Vidic to score in a Manchester United win against Arsenal at 10/1.
