It’s hard to look past Willie Mullins today with the string of quality horses he sends to Fairyhouse.

Stick with him for the day and you should come out in profit.

HURRICANE FLY goes head-to-head yet again with Solwhit and, despite the trip, I expect him to see off the challenge of Charles Byrnes’ class act. He’s as good a hurdler as you will see and an upset is on the cards today.

The Grade 2 event later on looks destined for the Mullins stable for the second year running as GOLDEN SILVER won the same race at Cork last year. He’s often the forgotten horse in Mullins’ yard as he has not made the big time in England but there’s no denying his awesome talent and he’ll be a worthy favourite today.

And for those of you who like something at a bit of a price, take a look at AINM SPARTACUS in the first race. His winning time at Gowran Park last time out was the fastest of the day – the same day an impressive Maiden Hurdler romped home. He has a great each-way chance.

JOE’s Punts: Hurricane Fly (12.50 @ 3/1), Golden Silver (3.00 @ 1/1) and Ainm Spartacus (11.50 @ 12/1 e/w)
