JONCOL will be very difficult to beat in the Lexus Chase at 2.35.

He’s one of Ireland’s leading staying chasers and the ground should be just right for him today, on the heavy side.

He’s already won twice here and the 3 mile trip is ideal.

Keep an eye on MOSSEY JOE in the race beforehand, the Christmas Hurdle.

He has never come off the bridle in any of his four wins but it is a strange decision by connectiosn to jock off Andrew Lee in favour of the capable Andrew Lynch.

At Limerick, SHIRLEY CASPER is a classy mare and she’ll take all the beating in the 2.45.

It looks a very poor race and she should justify a short price.

JOE’s Punts:

Joncol, Leopardstown, 2.35 (4pts win)
Mossey Joe, Leopardstown, 2.00 (3pts e/w)
Shirley Casper, Limerick, 2.45 (3pts win)
