With the addition of four more bouts, Cage Warriors 52 is going to be a must-watch event in London for MMA fans.
The cancellation of the On Top event in Glasgow looked to mean a lot of lost time and effort for the fighters, but Cage Warriors CEO Graham Boylan was able to step in and throw even more cracking bouts on to this event instead.
Graham Turner, Paul McVeigh and Dan Hope all join the bill, and Brad Wheeler will also feature – although his opponent is yet to be decided.
Another interesting match-up is the fight between the Brazilian Bruno Carvalho and the undefeated Mohsen Bahari, which should be a real test for the Norwegian to see what he’s made of. Here’s some footage of his impressive knockout against Leeroy Barnes, which shows that he only needs half an opportunity to land some telling punches.
The Cathal Pendred fight against Gael Grimaud was always going to be the stand out bout on this card for Irish interest, and with Pendred up against the champion for the Welterweight title, you won’t want to miss a minute of the event.
