They’ve put their money where their mouth is.
Actually, they’ve put an awful lot of free drink where their mouth is. Harry’s Bar in Sligo is willing to waive the bill for three full hours of drink if Mayo progress to the All Ireland Final.
To be fair, we could be misinterpreting what’s going on here and the owner of the bar could simply be so overjoyed that his beloved Mayo have won that he’s willing to celebrate with an open bar for anyone who wants to come in and glory in the upset.
Harry’s Bar is on the High Street in Sligo Town, so we can’t be sure if Harry is a Mayo-sympathiser or a Mayo-sadist. Either way, his bar will be the place to be if Mayo win tomorrow.
