That’s our aim. Will we do it? Well, we have before and one win would cover us for 100 weekends. Our strike-rate is a fair bit better than that too.
So without further ado, here’s this week’s attempt.
Aston Villa v Watford, Watford to win 9/5
Villa have gone 12 league games without a victory and have looked hopeless for most of this season. The Hornets should have enough here, so we’re backing an away win.
Manchester City v Southampton, Draw 10/3
City were atrocious against Liverpool last week. They improved slightly against Juventus in midweek, but those two tough games will have taken their toll. We think The Saints can nick a point here.
Tottenham v Chelsea, Draw 12/5
Spurs have been very impressive in recent weeks, while Chelsea look to be returning their familiar selves after an incredibly poor start to the league. We reckon that the draw is the most likely scenario in this game.
Sunderland v Stoke, Stoke to win 7/5
The Black Cats have once again been terrible this season, while Mark Hughes’ Stoke side look to be finally gelling as complete unit. We expect an away win here.
