Feeling Grand: JOE tries to turn €10 into €1,000 with this Premier League fourfold

Four results and a possible €1,000

JOE

The Premier League is back and that can only mean one thing…

It’s time for us to try to turn a measly tenner into over a grand with a Premier League fourfold.

We’ve done it before and we’ll do it again, so without further ado, here’s our selections.

Watford v Manchester Utd, Draw 12/5

United go into today’s early game missing both Wayne Rooney and Anthony Martial. They’re also without Michael Carrick, Marouane Fellaini, Antonio Valencia and Luke Shaw.

That’s one hell of an injury list, especially when playing a side that haven’t suffered back to back defeats once this season. We don’t think The Hornets have enough to win this game, but we reckon they’ll nick a draw.

Southampton v Stoke, Draw 3/1

Southampton haven’t lost any of their last six league games, while Stoke have won four of their last six and have only lost one of their last nine. These are two good teams in great form and we think they’ll cancel each other out.

Newcastle v Leicester, Newcastle to win 9/5

Newcastle have won 14 of their last 16 home league meetings with The Foxes and we reckon they’ll make that 15 from 17 this weekend. The Magpies have improved massively in recent games and Leicester’s main threat Jamie Vardy is a major doubt.

Manchester City v Liverpool, Both teams to score and Manchester City to win 9/4

23 goals in the last six games between these two indicate that there will be plenty of action at the Ethiad. Liverpool were out battled by Crystal Palace in their last game and a repeat performance will see them get hammered. We think they’ll do slightly better and lose narrowly to a far superior Man City.

A €10 bet on these odds could return €1,237.60. That wouldn’t be too shabby a few weeks before Christmas.
