Let’s do this!
Our luck appears to have jumped ship over the past few weeks, but we’re ready to let it back on board with this week’s fourfold. We feel it in our waters, a winner is just around the corner!
So without further ado.
Sunderland v Bournemouth, Draw 9/4
Sunderland have played well against the other relegation candidates, picking up two wins against sides in the bottom six over the past few weeks. However, Bournemouth aren’t short on form themselves, only losing one of their last five league games. A draw is our prediction.
Manchester United v Southampton, Draw 23/10
United’s home form hasn’t been up to scratch over the last few weeks, only winning one of their last four league games at Old Trafford. Southampton won here last year and won’t hold much fear visiting United. A stalemate is on the cards.
Leicester v Stoke, Stoke 14/5
The ticking time-bomb of Leicester City’s successful season is going to blow sooner or later. We’re going with the ‘sooner’ option and we think The Potters will be the chief detonators. They’ve won three of their last five league games and won 1-0 in the corresponding fixture last season.
Watford v Newcastle, Draw 12/5
When these two met in the FA Cup Watford came away with a lucky win. Newcastle are a much improved side since, with former Swansea midfielder Jonjo Shelvey pulling their strings. We reckon this one will finish a score draw.
