We brought you a few snapshots of the Galway supporters earlier on, so it would be unfair not to check out how the Kilkenny camp are readying themselves for the big one this weekend.
Going to Croker has become an annual pilgrimage for Kilkenny supporters at this stage so you’d think that the build up would have become a little more low-key as a result.
If it has, nobody told Myles ‘Elvis’ Kavanagh, who you’ll see pictured a few times in the gallery above outside a house with enough garden ornaments to make an avid gnome collector blush.
Myles will obviously be hoping that Galway are all shook up and that Kilkenny won’t be checking into the Heartbreak Hotel come Sunday evening, but he wasn’t the only one getting in the spirit of things, with the dummy Kilkenny team we mentioned on these pages yesterday looking as intense and focussed as their real-life counterparts will on Sunday.
Before today, we had questioned the lack of hype in the build-up to the final, but the fans are certainly doing their best to whip it up into a frenzy before Sunday.
