COYBIG!
After the sluggish draw in Belgrade, Ireland will hoping to get their first win of the World Cup qualifying campaign this evening when they meet Georgia at the Aviva Stadium.
Ireland beat Georgia twice in the Euro 2016 campaign, but as we all know, it took an inspired Aiden McGeady brace to rescue a win in Tbilisi while a solitary Jon Walters goal was enough to get the job done in Dublin.
Martin O’Neill has named his team for tonight’s meeting and James McCarthy is fit to start.
The team is; Randolph in goal, back-four of Coleman, Clark, Duffy (what’s with the number 7?) and Stephen Ward.
In the middle of the park it’s McCarthy, Hendrick, Brady, and McClean.
Shane Long leads the line and we reckon Jon Walters will play off him. COYBIG!
