There are some excellent Premier League matches being shown on Sky, BT and Setanta this April

Paul Moore

The Premier League is entering its crucial final stages.

The immediate focus of football fans is on Ireland’s upcoming friendlies against Switzerland and Slovakia but while excitement for Euro 2016 builds, there’s still plenty to be decided in the Premier League.

The international break has allowed us to reflect on what has been a truly remarkable season as Leicester City continue to set the pace at the top. The Foxes are currently five points clear of their nearest challengers Spurs but the title race isn’t the only area of interest.

Can the much maligned Louis Van Gaal secure a Top 4 finish for Manchester United or will it be Man City or West Ham that are playing Champions League football next season?

Irish internationals Rob Ellliot, John O’Shea, Robbie Brady and Wes Hoolahan are all facing a relegation battle with their respective clubs and you can see how the league unfolds over April with some mouthwatering matches being shown by Sky, BT and Setanta.
