Get into the best shape of your life while learning the skills of boxing and fight to help your chosen charity too.
The Irish White Collar Boxing training camp will also include nutritional advice on a healthy eating plan plus the importance of fuelling for sport while helping you to achieve a conditioned body using their sports specific strength & conditioning training systems.
They only require 30 contestants for the training camp so make sure to apply early. The type of applicant they’re looking for is someone who wants to change their life, become fitter and help their chosen charity while they’re at it.
All fitness levels are welcome to attend the interviews, plus charities can also put forward members or staff for places.
Interviews take place at Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology (GMIT) on September 17th, 18th & 19th between 11am and 3.30pm.
