JOE v Ladbrokes v The JOE Reader in The Premier League Treble Challenge

JOE

It’s that time of the week again where we go to war with one of our readers, as well as Hayley O’Connor from Ladbrokes, to decide who actually knows the most about football.

OK, maybe it’s not war, but we cannot help being competitive.

Every week, we’ll be putting a shout out on Twitter for JOE readers to send us in their Premier League treble selections via the #LadbrokesTreble hashtag and every week, one lucky winner will be able to put someone else’s money where their mouth is with a free €50 bet.

Without further ado.

JOE’s Selection

Newcastle v West Ham, West Ham 15/8

Payet against Newcasle is a worrying thought for fans of The Magpies. After all, even Wayne Rooney was able to get two goals against them during midweek.

Aston Villa v Leicester, Aston Villa 5/2

Villa’s win on Tuesday gave the side 3 points and more importantly hope. We fancy them to go on a run, starting with a blistering victory over The Foxes… Leicester have to stop being good at some point, right?

Liverpool v Manchester Utd, Draw 9/4

Two three-all draws. Two fallen giants. Two managers trying to enforce their way of thinking on two Northern clubs. Two many similarities. A draw.

This comes in at around 32/1

Ladbrokes’ Selection

Ladbrokes’ Hayley O’Connor is backing Everton to upset Chelsea at Stamford Bridge (7/2), Newcastle and West Ham to draw (23/10) and Man Utd to outplay Liverpool (23/10).

This is priced at around 50/1.

Who do you think has the best chance of winning?
