Anyone know where the Argentinian is?

Anyone know where the Argentinian is?

You have to give it to Louis Van Gaal because there’s rarely a dull press conference when he’s behind the microphone.

Not for the first time on Manchester United’s tour of the US, the Dutchman has once again dropped a few interesting bits of information regarding the shape of his squad for next season.

United suffered a 2-0 defeat to PSG last night as David De Gea was replaced at half-time by Sam Johnstone in goal, you could argue that the Spanish ‘keeper and Phil Jones were both at fault for Matuidi’s opener.

Speaking with the press after the game, the United manager said about the Spanish goalkeeper “we have a situation that is not favourable for us or the club. Maybe he wants to go.”.

It’s well know that Real Madrid are big fans of the former Atletico ‘keeper so these comments won’t exactly make those rumours go away anytime soon.

One man who certainly looks like he’s on the way out of Old Trafford though is Angel Di Maria, providing anyone at Old Trafford can actually find the Argentinian.

In typical upfront fashion, Van Gaal was asked where the £59.7million man, to which he replied.

You can’t get more direct than that but PSG coach Laurent Blanc was confident that the former Real Madrid star will be showing up in Paris very shortly.

Reports in France claim that PSG will pay around 65 million euros (£46million) for the Argentina international, who failed to settle at United last year.
