Des Cahill is a household name in Ireland, known to one and all as the host of the Sunday Game and a regular on RTE’s sports coverage.
But did Des at one stage live a double life as a Russian tycoon?
It’s hard not to get that impression when looking at one particular story on the Daily Mail website today, which was brought to Des’ attention by Bronagh Power on Twitter.

The man in the photo is not Des, of course, but late Russian tycoon Alexander Perepilichnyy, but our hats are firmly doffed to Bronagh for spotting the best lookalike we’ve seen in a long, long time.
Best be on your guard if you’re visiting Moscow anytime soon just in case Des.
