It seems that Henry is a fan of Michael Laudrup.
Thierry Henry’s punditry skills are under fire today after his nonsense comments about Javier Hernandez last night.
Chicharito scored the goal that put Real Madrid into the Champions League semi final and he celebrated rather enthusiastically.
Henry didn’t like that and said that the Mexican should have celebrated with the man who assisted the goal – Cristiano Ronaldo.
Henry said; “That’s Ronaldo’s goal. It’s a tap-in. Turn around and celebrate with Ronaldo. Even the camera knew – the camera is on Ronaldo for a reason.”
The former Arsenal striker has been heavily criticised for the comments.
Thierry Henry is some man. Dishes out praise to big, elite stars – Ronaldo, Gerrard. Belittled a lesser player for enjoying his big moment.

Henry himself decided to respond to the negative reaction with the series of tweets.
Football is a team game. Yes CH14_ scored the all important goal but the work of @cristiano made it possible. It cannot be underestimated.

I love it when players celebrate and acknowledge the player that made the assist. The pass can be just as important as the goal.

Look at this video, you have one of the most unselfish players in the game showing the significance of the final ball http://t.co/GyKrBeudF6

That is football. That is #michaellaudrup

OK, Thierry, 83 minutes of Michael Laudrup passing a football is something we appreciate, but it’s an odd way to reaffirm your point.
