As JOE’s resident bald correspondent, I’ve taken it upon myself to jump into the world of the follically challenged and check what some of our favourite footballers looked like before they lost their hair.
The results were surprising… did anybody know that James Collins ever actually had hair?
Anyway, here are our findings…
Brad Friedel
Surely, we’re not the only ones who see a Kevin Bacon resemblance?

Looks like a strict bouncer, with or without hair.

He doesn’t look quite as eccentric with hair, does he?

We had to go back many years to find a picture of Danny Mills with hair. Even then, it was sparse.
