What’s the verdict?
With a little help from Jordan Henderson, Jon Flanagan, Simon Mignolet and Philippe Coutinho, kit makers New Balance this evening officially unveiled Liverpool’s home kit for the 2016/17 season.

Liverpool’s home jerseys are traditionally all red so it’s hard to come up with anything too out of the ordinary and the latest effort is a neat number with gold text and a button-up collar at the neck.
Oh, we should mention that the shirt, shorts and socks now feature eye-catching flashes of amber yellow for next season, which are “designed for easy identification at rapid speed”. Riiiiggghhht.
