The Dublin side move on to an All-Ireland semi-final against Corofin
The final big Sunday on the GAA calendar this year saw Dublin side St. Vincent’s retain their crown with a 1-12 to 0-06 victory.
The Marino men raced into a 1-04 to 0-00 lead early in the game, veteran Mossie Quinn scoring his side’s goal, and even though Rhode improved after the break the result was never truly in doubt.
Pauric Sullivan clashed with Diarmuid Connolly in the second half and saw red for his troubles, and from that point onwards the writing was on the wall for the Offaly men.
