Richardt Strauss has been named in the Irish Wolfhounds panel to take on the England Saxons at Kingsholm this Saturday evening.
The hooker only returned to action for Leinster last weekend, following surgery for a heart condition, and will be on the replacements bench for this weekend’s game.
Rhys Ruddock will captain the side, named by Anthony Foley on Thursday, while a front row of David Kilcoyne, Martin Moore and Rob Herring sees Munster, Leinster and Ulster combine.
Isaac Boss and Ian Madigan of Leinster pair up at half-back, while Darren Cave and Robbie Henshaw will join forces in an exciting centre partnership with the back-three made up of Craig Gilroy, Fergus McFadden and Felix Jones.
The match will be covered live on Sky Sports 1, starting at 4.45pm.
