The abrasive flanker underwent surgery last month on his ankle last month and has pencilled in the final games in the Six Nations as a target for his return.
The 27 year-old has played just three times this season due to injuries and his most recent ankle injury looked pretty sore if his pictures on Twitter tonight are anything to go by.
