There’s something for all golf enthusiasts…
The beauty of the game of golf is that no matter what standard you’re at, it’s still really frustrating enjoyable. You can be playing off scratch or pulling in decent points on a Sunday morning or hacking around the high grass like us and you still get the same kick out of hitting a good shot.
There’s going to be a mix of all of those characters at Golf Ireland’s Time to Play – Festival of Golf on Tuesday evening, it’s the third year of the event which is perfect for people planning their golf for 2015.
There will be showcases by Irish resorts with special discounts on the night, there will be pros on hand to offer you advice on your game and there will be a golf simulator ready for you to show everyone why Rory McIlroy should be shaking in his boots (We’ll be the ones yelling “fore”).
The event takes place between 5pm and 9pm in the Ballsbridge Hotel and it’s free so if you’re into your golf, you’ll have a tee-rrific time… We’ll get our coat.
