The fortunes of the Irish teams is very much on the agenda this week, with the lads seeking to explain Munster’s loss and Leinster’s below-par performance, while also paying tribute to a rampant Ulster side and a Connacht team that secured their first ever victory away from home in the Heineken Cup.
Elsewhere, Alan Metcalfe and Conor Heneghan join in the chat as Jerry bows to the God of rugby knowledge Malcolm O’Kelly and is enraged by the presence of greenfly on his well-worn but much loved cardigan and Mal marvels at Mike Ross after his latest cameo as a sleight-of-foot, sidestepping ball carrier against Exeter at the weekend.
As they will be doing before every Heineken Cup weekend, both Mal and Jerry give their predictions for the games this weekend, with both trying to recover from some quite shocking forecasts last weekend.
