Despite none of them managing a score in excess of 54 points, the top three remained in situ after Gameweek 6 and stayed clear of a chasing pack that is hurtling up behind.
As a result, Padraic Flesk’s Dyslexia Untied remain in top spot, four points ahead of Ronan Sherman’s Thespicers, who in turn are five points clear of Paul Clerkin’s Drumgarley Dynamite in third.
Fourth-placed FC Reidinho!!, managed by Edward Reidy, were the most significant movers this week with a score of 74 points, with John Hyland’s More Cowbell making up the top five, seven points further adrift.

Gameweek 7
Friday Night Football is once again a very welcome addition to this weekend’s fixture list, so to get the obligatory reminder out of the way, be sure to have your dealings done by Friday, 30 September at 7pm.
Where to start doing your dealings is the next question and on a weekend with only one really stand-out fixture, the best place to go is the teams in form.
Manchester City are obviously at the top of that list, but a game away at a Spurs side in pretty good shape is probably their toughest clash of the season so far.

Kevin de Bruyne will miss the game on Sunday afternoon, but for those in a rush to get rid of him, bear in mind that he is expected to return by October 22 and with an international break on the way after this weekend, he may only end up missing two league games.
Outside of Manchester City, players from Arsenal – where Alexis Sanchez is in red hot form – and Liverpool – whose attacking midfielders are tearing it up – are your next best bet.
We’d be surprised if you don’t have at least one of Sadio Mané, Philippe Coutinho, Roberto Firmino and Adam Lallana, all of whom are available for £9 million or under.
After scoring four against Leicester, meanwhile, Manchester United host a Stoke side with the second worst defensive record in the league. Zlatan Ibrahimovic didn’t score or assist any of those goals against the Champions, so expect him to go all out to make up for it on Sunday afternoon.
This week’s picks
Safe bet: Sergio Aguero (£13.0 million). After two goals on his return against Swansea, it has to be THAT man Aguero leading the attack.
Plus, he loves playing against Spurs, having scored nine goals in his last eight games against the North London outfit.

Dark horse: Charlie Austin (£6.3 million). Unfortunately for Shane Long, Austin seems to have nailed down a place in the Southampton attack and has rewarded Claude Puel’s faith in him with two goals, an assist and 17 points in his last two games.

Captain’s choice: Alexis Sanchez (£11.1 million). The Chilean is growing into a more advanced role in the Arsenal side and the Gunners are most definitely feeling the benefits.
Sanchez has scored three and assisted one of Arsenal’s seven goals in the last two games, earning him 24 points in the process.
