In this week’s Maul, the lads discuss excellent Heineken Cup wins for Leinster and Ulster, what will become of Munster after Sunday’s defeat to Toulon and Johnny’s likeness to a character from Robocop.

In part one, Malcolm gets some long overdue praise for the performance of the Leinster ‘A’ team, who romped to a 38-23 victory over the Worcester Warriors on Sunday afternoon.

The lads then get down to the business of discussing the weekend’s Heineken Cup action, which saw Leinster impress once again and Ulster grind out a valuable victory over Biarritz.

Johnny and Malcolm can’t understand Rob’s dislike for Biarritz’s cheeky scamp of a scrum half, Dimitri Yachvili, but all seem to agree that Leinster are emerging as serious contenders for the Heineken Cup on current form.

The lads got round to talking about actors last week after it was revealed that Mickey Rourke is to portray Gareth Thomas in a film about his life and on that note, Rob has discovered a perfect fit for Johnny if he ever decided to go down the same road.
