We’re sure he’d be welcomed back in heartbeat.
In what wasn’t a huge surprise given his record since taking over the club, Gary Neville was this afternoon sacked as manager of Valencia.
Neville himself admitted that results during his time in charge were simply not good enough and he finds himself out of a job less than four months after taking over the La Liga club.
A man of Neville’s experience and character isn’t likely to remain idle for too long and almost as soon as his sacking was confirmed, people were getting excited about his potential return to Monday Night Football, which he helped turned into a must-watch for football fans.
Your move, Sky.
Gary Neville has lost his job with Valencia. Always looked a brutally difficult first job. Sure he'll bounce back in the stand or studio.

Real shame for @GNev2 that it didn't work out in a very difficult role at Valencia. Come back to @SkySports, we've missed you.
