Absolutely compelling.
Once again, Second Captains proved that when it comes to engaging, informative and entertaining sports broadcasting, there’s very few TV shows that can match it.
Former Donegal manager Jim McGuinness was just one of the faces on the couch last night and his interview with host Eoin McDevitt made for absolutely compelling TV.
No subject was left unexamined but it was the perceived double standards of ostracising Kevin Cassidy from the Donegal panel that most people were talking about last night.
Unlike other TV interviews, McDevitt refused to be ‘fobbed-off’ or settle for ‘half-answers’ to his questions and there was plenty of discussion and reaction to a memorable interview and if that wasn’t enough then McGuinness’ selections on ‘The Good Wall’ certainly had a few more surprises in store.
Good questioning by @EoinMcDevitt on Rory Gallagher. Rarely seen Jim McGuinness look as defensive.

Fair play to Eoin McDevitt for asking the hard questions of Jim McGuinness, McGuinness cleary uneasy but line of questioning entirely fair

Hardly an interrogation by Eoin McDevitt, and Jim McGuinness loses the rag. Write a book, and you should expect tough questioning.

Fair focks to Eoin for his line of questioning. You can't go on TV to sell a book and expect to dictate the questions. Calling it.
