It’s been a week in which Declan Kidney’s selection decisions have shaken things up in the Irish team, and this video from RTE looks back at the stir that was caused all week before the match.
Ultimately, it will be the game that shows whether or not all the media attention and questioning around Paddy Jackson’s selection will be beneficial or harmful to the team and to Jackson himself.
It’s certainly a gamble from Declan Kidney anyway, but one that could pay off if the team can improve from the performance against England and get a win considering the injury list that the squad has to deal with.
