These mascots are all dressed up as famous players who have featured in the Champions League and Deco is putting them through their paces.
We never knew that mascots had to be trained…to be mascots. They are not just any mascots though, they are mini-lookalikes of stars from the competition’s past and present. All round-baller and nice guy, Deco, was drafted in to train the youngsters and you can see how he got on in the video above.
The little guy playing Messi doesn’t look very authentic in our opinion. He’s at least a foot too tall. And don’t get us started on Wayne Rooney…
