Carlin Isles became an internet sensation a few weeks back thanks to a compilation of him being ridiculously fast, and he’s been up to his old tricks in Hong Kong this weekend.

The world’s fastest rugby player Carlin Isles has been in action this week in Hong Kong at the Rugby 7s tournament, and it should come as no surprise that he was able to grab himself at least one try, as this video shows.
Now, we know since he’s playing for his national side that he’s probably decent with the ball in his hands, but seeing as his team mates know his main strength, they’ve got their tactics sorted: Boot it long and let him chase it.
That’s exactly what he does here, and despite a valiant effort from the Kenyan defender, who’s no slouch himself, Isles just has the edge and gets the try.
Not that our judgement is official or anything, but by our count it looks like he covers most of the pitch in about 7 seconds. Decent pace, that.
