Fighting fit.
You may remember the needless panic that surrounded Conor McGregor’s preparation ahead of his last fight with Chad Mendes as some people speculated that the Dubliner wouldn’t make the required weight for the fight.
It seems that there’s no need for those fears ahead of his upcoming featherweight fight against Jose Aldo though because The Notorious has just posted this brief clip of his workout routine and it’s seriously impressive.
Take a look as he performs a series of sit-ups while hanging from a punching bag. His core strength is absolutely phenomenal.
