Pa Morrissey scored the strangest ‘own point’ you’ll see during a game for his club side Galtee Rovers.
Morrissey, who played for both the Tipperary hurlers and footballers in the past, appeared to be about to clear the ball in a clash against Aherlow Gaels last year.
Instead, he turns back towards his own posts and somehow belts the ball over the bar. His own bar.
The whole thing seems to happen in slow motion, with his team-mates left standing with hands on hips and the lads in the stands not having much of a clue what’s going on.
