Iain Henderson, as Paddy Jackson reliably informed us on his Instagram nature documentary, is almost 2 metres tall and weighs almost 120kg.
With that in mind, it should simply not be possible for John Currie of Ballinamallard FC to lift the Irish rugby star on his back and do this:

Of course, Iain gets his own back at the end of the clip when he practically lifts John over his head, but take nothing away from John’s performance here. File this one under must-watch.
