Former Liverpool defender John Arne Riise tried beer over the weekend for the very first time and it’s clear that he didn’t think much of the brew.
Under encouragement from his wife, he took a sip of the beer and instantly winced at the taste.
It’s surprising that after tasting success with Liverpool in the Champions League, he never managed to try a beer of any kind.
We suppose he’s right though, while we sat and drank beers in the pub, he was out being a professional footballer… because that’s the only difference between us and John Arne Riise right?
