Video: LA Lakers player loses his shoe and then throws it at an opponent to stop the play

Defence, defence, defence...

Defence, defence, defence…

We finally have an answer to the bizarre question that was asked by Austin Powers to the villainous Random Task in the first movie, Who throws a shoe?

Jose Mourinho may like to park the bus LA Lakers point-guard Ronnie Price prefers to throw the shoe it seems.

The Lakers were trailing by 39-13 at the end of the first quarter of his sides pre-season match against the Golden State Warriors.

As the second quarter got underway Price attempted a drive only to lose his shoe after Andre Iguodala stepped on his foot. Price also lost the ball and on the ensuing break he took an unusual step to try and re-organise his teams defence.

We give him an A for effort but unfortunately it’s also an F for foul.

Take a look.
