VIDEO: “Let me call Buffon to help you” – Italian fans in Lille would really like to see an Irish victory

Forza Irlanda.

Lille is a crazy green and blue party right about now as the Irish and Italian fans mingle ahead of tonight’s big game.

We already know that the Italians would be quite alright with an Irish victory if it means elimination for Sweden.

But as you’ll see in the video below, the love-in between the Irish and Italian fans in Lille goes even deeper and stretches back to 2012 and a time when Giovanni Trapattoni was the Irish Don.
