Not for the first time in the Heineken Cup, Munster demolished their opponents at home to defy their critics and make the knock-out stages. And boy did they enjoy it.

The early French dismissal helped proceedings and while hat-trick hero Simon Zebo took all the plaudits, it was once again a team effort that saw them see off Racing Metro and set up an away date with Harlequins in the quarter-finals.
That team spirit was evident in the changing room afterwards when the squad belted out a rendition of their anthem “Stand Up And Fight”, sung with more gusto than ever after such a thrilling afternoon at Thomond Park.
Timmy Keane has claimed credit for the changing-room footage that was posted on YouTube and it is proof that Munster may be looking to change their style on the pitch, but the camaraderie still remains as strong as ever.
Also keep an eye on try-scorer Mike Sherry about to lose his footing at the end of the clip
Munster will need all that and more when they travel to the Stoop to take on one of the form teams in Europe.
Hat-tip to Daniel Murphy for sending this our way.
