After what he did against Wales on Saturday, Simon Zebo was well entitled to celebrate on Saturday night and seemingly he did so by taking over on the decks in Cork nightclub Havana Browns.
As well as scoring a try on his Six Nations debut against Wales, the Munster winger was responsible for one of the most extraordinary pieces of skill ever seen on a rugby pitch when he audaciously flicked the ball to himself with his boot in the lead-up to Cian Healy’s try, a move Keith Wood was moved to describe as ‘rugby as sex’.
In the aftermath of what was a pretty amazing game, the Irish players would have been well entitled to celebrate and if the video above is anything to go by, Zebo did so by taking to the decks in the Secret Garden area of Havana Browns Nightclub in Cork.
We’re 99 per cent sure that the man in the video is Zebo and pretty sure that it was recorded on Saturday night. Tweets sent from the Havana Browns account suggest that Zebo was indeed in attendance and all power to him; a man would need to let off some steam after what was an incredibly tense and taxing encounter in Cardiff.
We’re not sure about the dance moves though, maybe he should stick to the day job.
Hat-tip to Barry Ryan for giving us the heads-up on this one on Facebook.
