We’re fairly sure you can class this as a bit of a meltdown by Polish tennis star Jerzy Janowicz as he starts screaming at the umpire.

Jerzy Janowicz lost control a bit in this video while he was fighting to win a tight tie break with Somdev Devvarman in his Australian Open match.

The Polish tennis star believed that Devvarman’s forehand was out, and went off the handle when the umpire, Marija Cicak didn’t agree.

The decision against him proved to be one too many for Janowicz as he started screaming “how many times?!” at the umpire, eventually falling to his knees and spitting on the line where he though the ball had gone out.

This earned him a violation for unsportsmanlike conduct, and he may well get a fine. Janowicz said to The Guardian though that he feels he hasn’t said anything wrong, and hopes he will escape punishment.

He reminds us of a young John McEnroe with all that shouting at the ref. You can’t say he lacks passion anyway!
