It’s all over for another year but the Premier League montage Sky put together, featuring Kodaline, will keep us going for a few more days at least.
The Premier League shut up shop for the summer last night but not before we had another day of drama. Gareth Bale, Player of the Year, scored another stunner, Alex Ferguson signed off from management with a crazy 5-5 and goals poured in on the final day. It was yet another great day in yet another great season and somehow, the editors at Sky managed to cram the entire nine months into a brilliant four-minute video.
Featuring lots of Bale, and Fergie, plus RVP, Suarez, great goals, departed players, managerial sackings and the odd funny, it is a fantastic summation of the season just gone.
That it is soundtracked by Irish band Kodaline’s dong High Hopes is an added bonus.
