The Irish festival in Bahrain is underway and wouldn’t you know it, there’s a whole gaggle of Irish singing the fields of Athenry at the top of their lungs.

The videos were uploaded by Paddyman, who describes himself as the number one Irish entertainer in the Middle East and if he always gets the crowd this riled up, we believe him.

The ladies over at her.ie brought this one to our attention and reliably inform us that the celebrations are part of the Irish Festival in Bahrain and Middle East Gaelic games with teams from Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Oman, Al Ain, Ruwais, Qatar and Bahrain all involved.

Jaysus I just love the bahrain irish festival! Special thanks to Stephen Pierce who performed this year (on fiddle) and made a savage impression on the girls with his kilt and beard!!
