We thought we had seen it all when it came to Gangnam Style spoofs. Then we saw this.
We’ve seen many Gangnam Style spoof videos now and the entire concept has now so ‘jumped the shark’ at this point that The Fonz himself is embarrassed by the whole thing. That said, this video offers us a few new twists on the hoary old concept.
Firstly, the video is fairly well shot. Secondly, all the lyrics have been changed, and some of them in quite a funny way. Thirdly, well it’s jockeys, who have one of the most dangerous jobs in sport and if this is how they want to spend their free time, then who are we to argue. We also dearly love the presence of Tony McCoy, even if it only is in cardboard cutout form.
We’re still not sure if we love it or hate it but it if you are looking for an escape from all the US election coverage, this is about as far away from it as you can get.
