The daddy of all GAA rivalries was forged in those iconic 70s and 80s finals where Dublin played Kerry six times in eleven years but only managed to beat them on one occasion, in 1976.
Recently, the Dubs have been busy putting the record straight with the new All-Ireland champions beating Kerry in their last three Croke Park championship meetings.
The man who led the Dubs back in ’76, Kevin Heffernan was so good he’s the only manager in history to win the GAA Player of the Year Award.
