We here at JOE are real men, men’s men, we love the tough stuff and aren’t afraid to get dirty… Okay, that’s a lie, we are wimps but from time to time we like to experience the outdoors and get some of that lovely fresh air into our lungs.
Our latest venture outside saw us end up with some fresh air in our lungs, but also some water, because we decided to go kayaking on the beautiful lakes of Killarney.
Two JOEs, Joe Harrington and Peter Cooney, set off from Dublin and miraculously turned up in the right place at the right time and got out on the water.The two lads, who can’t swim and never kayaked before, set off out of the lakes for the day and somehow managed to survive, we genuinely worried for their safety.
They laughed, they cried, they were rained on, they crashed into people, they crashed into rocks but they had a great time. Here’s a taster of the lads’ adventure in Kerry.
