Liverpool’s bid to reach the Champions League knockout stages has taken a heavy blow after Fabian Frei gave the visitors the lead.
The Reds haven’t started the game well so far and the Swiss side capitalised with this well placed shot after some impressive build-up play.
The much maligned Mignolet didn’t stand a chance with this strike and Basel could have since added to it.
We’re hardly impressed with Joe Allen turning his back on the shot though.
