Substitute Cormac Costello was the hero for Dublin as they ran riot against Wexford at Croke Park, winning by 16 points and booking a Leinster final against bitter rivals Meath.

The Dubs went into the break 0-10 to 0-06 up but the arrival of Costello, and this goal, set Jim Gavin’s side on their way to a 2-25 to 1-12 win over the Model County.

The youngster manager a personal tally of 1-04, with Paul Flynn’s late goal capping off a fine performance from a rampant Dublin side.
