Thibaut Courtois cemented his reputation as one of the best young keepers around with this world-class save last night.

Many people believe that Thibaut Courtois is the best young keeper in the world. The young Belgian pulled off a miraculous save at the San Siro last night against AC Milan to keep out a header from Andrea Poli to cement that reputation.
