Vine: Keeper in Dutch league scores 94th minute equaliser with amazing back-heeled volley

Wow

Conor Heneghan

Martin Hansen’s career has just peaked.

Goalkeepers coming up to the box in search of a last-minute equaliser isn’t a rare sight, what is rare is one of said goalkeepers actually managing to score a last-minute equaliser.

Every now and then it does happen, however, but normally it’s a scruffy effort after a scramble in the box and not an amazing effort like the one scored by ADO den Haag’s Martin Hansen this evening.

With his side trailing 2-1 to PSV deep into injury time, Hansen flicked the ball into the net in spectacular fashion to secure a point; it’s pretty safe to say he’ll never do anything in his career as memorable as this.

Bravo.

Hat-tip to Dave McKittrick for the heads up on this one
